Also, due to the location being right next to bars please note it can be loud outside the unit especially on Friday and Saturday nights. The futon folds out in to a full size bed. The sheets and additional pillows can be found in the closet.

House Rules

No smoking or vaping please. There is a $150 charge for smoking in the unit or for noise complaints. Please try to respectful of noise levels for other tenants in the building. No pets please. Bringing a pet will incur a $200 fee We have app and keypad access but you are welcome to use the physical key if you prefer. We also have a parking permit for your convenience. There is a $100 replacement cost if the key is lost, and a $150 replacement cost if the parking permit is lost. We have a door camera at the entrance to the unit. The camera only faces out from the door and can only see the hallway. It takes 5 sec clips with audio, when someone enters or exits and it is on all the time. There is a $200 fee if you tamper with or disconnect the camera in any way. Late checkout without prior notice at least 24 hours before will incur a $30 per hour fee. Basically we just ask that you be respectful and return everything as you found it. If you need help please contact us rather than asking the other tenants. Thank you!

The place was beautiful and was close to so much downtown! Tj was a Massive help and, we had a wonderfully 3 night stay! We enjoyd every moment, the apartment was clean and exactly what we expected. we will definitely be staying there again when the chance arises!

A great place to stay to be in the heart of Tucson culture. Easy access to UofA with the street car just steps from the front door. As the listing highlights, proximity to 4th Ave can also mean noisy nights from bar goers especially Thursday through the weekend. I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome spot!!! If you’re looking for a place that’s literally walking distance to everything fun, then this spot is it. Perfect for a couple or a group of 3. It has easy to find parking, nice big comfortable bed, open floor plan, and great food, bars, and coffee all within a few mins or less walking distance. The wife and I came up for a weekend getaway and we loved it! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I have always been curious about the Coronado Hotel building since I was in college many ages ago - so when I saw the opportunity to stay in it I had to jump at the chance. The space was the perfect size for my husband and I - though we will admit we didn't spend too much time there. As someone who knew the area, I loved being able to walk to the CO-OP to get some snacks, Presta for a chai in the morning and to Congress for brunch. Parking was easy, never had to fight or look for a spot. TJ was incredibly accommodating, especially when I booked the wrong dates and needed to extend my stay. For being so close to all the action, the space was quiet and felt very safe. I can't wait to book my next stay.

Great location in town. Easy access to downtown, 4th Ave, and campus via free Trolly. We like to bicycle and this location is a great starting point right off Aviation Bikeway.

TJ’s place was perfect for our Tucson stay. It was located within walking distance of so many great restaurants and bars, and centrally located for driving to everything else. The place was spotless, and the bed was the most comfortable bed ever. We absolutely recommend!

Tj’s place was so cute and clean, and even though it’s right above the busy Tucson nightlife we couldn’t hear anything in our room. The kids loved the futon and said it was so comfy. The king bed was super comfortable too. We felt extra secure that the main entrance locks automatically and you can’t get upstairs to the apartment entrances without access codes. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, and street parking permit was provided and easy to find a spot. Tj responded immediately when I had a question. We look forward to staying here again.

We had such a great stay at TJ's place. The studio was very comfortable and spacious and just as the pictures showed. It was perfectly located with easy access to the bike trail system, street car, city bus system, and lots of good restaurants.

Tj's apartment in downtown Tucson was a dream to stay at! me and my friends had an amazing time walking around the town with all the conveniences of being at home. When we first walked into the airbnb we were in awe of how homey and elegant it felt, I never thought a strangers studio apartment could have the vibe of your best friends house, we felt right at home. the host was extremely proactive, reaching out and making sure I was taken care of before we even checked in, leading to no problems our whole stay! we look forward to staying here next year for the gem show if we have the chance.
