Had fun exploring the historic 4th Ave District which was right outside the front door, but was not noisy or too busy.
Lots of restaurants and shops just steps away.
Free parking was a huge plus.
Great base for touring Tucson.

Great place to stay! TJ was easy to contact, the place was exactly as described, clean, and had lots of amenities.
For noise sensitive guests, they do not exaggerate on the listing - it's RIGHT on 4th Ave, so weekend nights can be loud. Not something I was surprised by since they called it out in the listing, but if you are very sensitive to noise I would encourage bringing ear plugs. But you really cannot beat the location, especially if you want to be right in the heart of the night life!

The house was exactly as described. My girls loved the pool and had it to themselves everyday. It was conveniently located for what we had planned. TJ was very responsive and even rescued me with additional coffee pods and ice!

Had a great time. It is walkable to downtown and 4th Street restaurants and entertainment. It is a little loud on a Friday and Saturday night but that is to be expected in this area. We would stay here again.

Everything was really great, I liked how it was diffrent vibe at night. You could feel it’s a different experience for sure lots to do around the area. TJ was very helpful in everything.

Close to downtown. Several bars/restaurants very close. A bit loud at closing time on Saturday night but all other nights were quiet. Good location for a long weekend in Tucson.
