House Rules

No smoking or vaping please. There is a $150 charge for smoking in the unit or for noise complaints. Please try to respectful of noise levels for other tenants in the building. No pets please. Bringing a pet will incur a $200 fee We have app and keypad access but you are welcome to use the physical key if you prefer. We also have a parking permit for your convenience. There is a $100 replacement cost if the key is lost, and a $150 replacement cost if the parking permit is lost. We have a door camera at the entrance to the unit. The camera only faces out from the door and can only see the hallway. It takes 5 sec clips with audio, when someone enters or exits and it is on all the time. There is a $200 fee if you tamper with or disconnect the camera in any way. Late checkout without prior notice at least 24 hours before will incur a $15 per 30 minutes fee. Basically we just ask that you be respectful and return everything as you found it. If you need help please contact us rather than asking the other tenants. Thank you!

All of the downtown attractions are just minutes away! All of the bars are within walking distance as well as everything else downtown has to offer. The university is also minutes away either by car, bike or the downtown tram system.

Everything was really great, I liked how it was diffrent vibe at night. You could feel it’s a different experience for sure lots to do around the area. TJ was very helpful in everything.

Tj touched all bases when communicating about check in and check out. The location was perfect for meeting all of my needs and then some along with being aesthetically pleasing. I didn't realize how close to the night life the location is, which saves on transportation. Overall, a wonderful stay and I hope to stay again!

If you are looking to go out in Downtown Tucson, this is the place to stay! It was literally in the center of everything! As someone who lives in another city, the noise from the bars and crowds on weekend nights did not bother me, but I can see how someone who is not used to that may not like it. Everything was as described about the property, and the instructions were very clear.

Because of the location there are a number of ways to get around! Most things are in walking distance and there are scooters and bikes available directly in front of the building. There is also a tram stop just a two min walk away.
