Other Details to Note

We have a doorbell camera at the entrance. It can only view and record what happens in front of the door. Also, due to the location being right next to bars please note it can be loud outside the unit especially on Friday and Saturday nights. The futon folds out in to a full size bed. The sheets and additional pillows can be found in the closet.

House rules

No smoking or vaping please. There is a $150 charge for smoking in the unit or for noise complaints. Please try to respectful of noise levels for other tenants in the building. No pets please. Bringing a pet will incur a $200 fee We have app and keypad access but you are welcome to use the physical key if you prefer. We also have a parking permit for your convenience. There is a $100 replacement cost if the key is lost, and a $150 replacement cost if the parking permit is lost. We have a door camera at the entrance to the unit. The camera only faces out from the door and can only see the hallway. It takes 5 sec clips with audio, when someone enters or exits and it is on all the time. There is a $200 fee if you tamper with or disconnect the camera in any way. Late checkout without prior notice at least 24 hours before will incur a $30 per hour fee. Basically we just ask that you be respectful and return everything as you found it. If you need help please contact us rather than asking the other tenants. Thank you!

All of the downtown attractions are just minutes away! All of the bars are within walking distance as well as everything else downtown has to offer. The university is also minutes away either by car, bike or the downtown tram system.

Really great location, super quick walk to all of the shops and restaurants. Loved how the place was decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything looked just like the pictures. Would definitely stay again!

Tj was a great host! Very quick with their reply! I had to message them about a funky thing that was going on with bedside lamp, and they were super responsive and offered a solution very quickly, which was very nice. The place is very clean with a fun funky space/jungle vibe! Very comfortable place that was walking distance from all sorts of shops and restaurants. It got a little noisy at night, since you're in a college town right in the middle of the action, but I remember being in college and partying too, so I did not mind at all :) If I come back to Tuscon (which I totally will) I will definitely want to rent this airbnb again! Thanks Tj!

Because of the location there are a number of ways to get around! Most things are in walking distance and there are scooters and bikes available directly in front of the building. There is also a tram stop just a two min walk away.
